Evo's office began life in 1972 as a water treatment plant. In 2004, three years after the building was abandoned for more modern facilities, we converted the orphaned plant into our design studio.

In the unique old building we saw a space that could express the special character of Evo. We let the original personality of the building show through, and kept original details like the overhead garage doors and the two-ton crane. While the pumps and filters were replaced with Herman Miller office modules and high tech lighting, we created an atmosphere that provides inspiration and energy, an interactive space where designers and clients collaborate.

The old water plant has become a fun and functional home for our design team and our clients.
